Multi-Location Mini Golf Builder: How We Deliver the Same Course to Every Site

Opening one mini golf course is a build project. Opening the same course in three cities is a manufacturing and logistics decision, and the questions you should ask your builder change accordingly. This page explains who we are, how a multi-site order actually runs, and what stays identical from site to site.

1. Who you are really ordering from

The order goes to one company: Infinity NextPlay, the indoor entertainment equipment brand of Ultra Infinity Tech. We were founded in Guangzhou in 2019 and we build on a factory floor rather than reselling from catalogs. The same plant that wires a bowling lane scoring system also finishes a themed putting hole, which matters when your second location has a tight opening deadline.

You see this in the numbers we publish about ourselves. Our catalog covers more than 60 simulator models across bowling, VR, digital shooting, archery and interactive sports, and the production line turns out more than 100 units per month across all lines. Each machine is tested for 48 hours before it ships, and every product carries CE certification after inspection. For an operator ordering several sites, one supplier statement about quality control is easier to hold than four.

Mini golf is the line this page concerns, and it is a fully engineered product in our range: hole structures, obstacle sets, scoring hardware and the software behind the scoreboards all come from the same design office. The three problems a multi-site program has to solve — repeatable production, predictable shipping, and support that follows the order — are the three things a factory has to organise anyway.

2. What changes when your second location opens

Nothing in the course itself needs to change. That is the point. Your second site should feel like the first one: the same hole line-up, the same scoring behaviour, the same staff routines. What changes is everything around the course — different room proportions, different foot traffic patterns, different local staff, and a delivery schedule that has to line up with a second lease.

Consumer research supports the multi-attraction format itself: in a 2025 survey of 600 UK adults reported by KAM Insight, 57% preferred multi-attraction venues while 17% preferred single-attraction ones. In a multi-site program, indoor mini golf often spends time as the low-barrier common layer: cheap to staff, easy to explain, and part of the same brand experience at every address you open.

Single-site build

One design, one shipping plan, one local crew. The builder optimizes for that room and the handover ends once the first course runs. Budget conversations stay inside one lease.

Multi-site roll-out

A course design gets repeated, then adapted. Shipping, customs and install crews repeat. Support has to answer for the second, third and tenth course with the same words. Your builder needs a process that survives repetition, not enthusiasm on one project.

Site differences still show up in the course arrangement. Our solution page defines three footprint tiers for an 18-hole course, and the tier you pick changes which obstacle programs fit comfortably:

Venue tier Course footprint What fits
Compact 300–500 m² 18 holes with tighter routing; difficulty mostly from the beginner and intermediate bands (12–25 m² and 20–36 m² per hole)
Standard 500–800 m² 18 holes with balanced band mix and room for queue and circulation margins
Premium 800–1,500 m² 18 holes including advanced-band holes (30–48 m² per hole), plus space for event staging

Figures per our miniature golf solution page; each hole plays in 3–5 minutes across all bands.

If you are still sizing rooms, our indoor mini golf space guide goes through the per-hole math and the per-site questions worth asking before a lease is signed.

3. How one build order runs, site by site

A multi-site order is normal work here, not a special arrangement. The same seven steps run for location one and location five; the difference is that we have your drawings, your materials and your operating habits on file by the fourth step:

Step What happens What it means on a second site
1. Enquiry You send site details, target audience and opening windows Repeat enquiries reuse your existing specification sheet
2. Site parameters Room dimensions, ceiling height, access routes are confirmed Variations per city are logged against the master plan
3. Layout design A per-site 3D layout positions every hole, scoring station and queue Layouts are approved separately for each site
4. Production Hole structures and obstacle sets are manufactured in the plant Batches for several sites move through the same QC line
5. Testing and shipping Every unit runs a 48-hour test before packing Sites ship on one consolidated plan or one lot per location
6. Install and training On-site install, scoring setup and staff training Your lead operator can shadow installs and train local crews
7. Support Software service for the life of the system, spare-parts coverage for a year Open tickets carry the same item numbers across sites

Before you ask for the first layout, have this ready: a list of sites with floor areas, the opening sequence you are planning, the brand targets each city must hit, and whether you want one consolidated shipment or separate lots. With those four items a multi-site enquiry turns into per-site layouts quickly, instead of turning into a second round of questions.

After opening, support runs through our service departments. As stated by our own service scope: pre-sales maps your site into a machine list and layout design, in-sale covers OEM and ODM flexibility with transparent pricing, and after-sales keeps the installation running. Software service lasts for the life of the system under our current warranty statement, and hardware spare parts carry one year of coverage.

4. The course standard behind every location

Every hole in our program has a published footprint band. Beginner holes run 12–25 m², intermediate holes 20–36 m², advanced holes 30–48 m², and a hole plays in 3–5 minutes by the figures on our solution page. When a chain orders the same hole package for a compact site and a premium site, the hole list stays the same while the routing changes; that is what keeps the guest experience recognizable from city to city.

Our standard 18-hole program is arranged as three blocks of six holes: Retro (holes 1–6), Cyber (7–12) and Mechanical (13–18). Blocks give each site an upgrade path without redesigning the course: a site can debut with one block order and add blocks later on the same layout grid.

On the operational side, the line-up pairs auto-scoring smart cups with a live scoreboard. As described by our product materials, this is the setup behind the statement that one staff member can run an 18-hole course. The cups register when a ball drops; staff run the floor, not pencil scorecards. We keep this as the manufacturer's description of the capability — your own crewing plan should be checked against your site's traffic.

The software layer carries the game modes: Relay Race, Competition, Achievement and Holiday Eggs, with team and solo play on the live boards. These modes run on the same 18 holes, so a city site can run a league night under a different mode without touching the holes themselves. If you are sketching your roll-out, our layout mistakes checklist lists the traps operators hit before an install, in any of your locations.

5. Featured interactive holes for multi-site programs

A roll-out lives or dies on which holes get repeated. These three are the ones we point multi-site buyers to first: one carries a custom theme across cities, one squeezes variety from a tight footprint, and one gives every site a signature interactive moment.

Customized Obstacle Golf Hole

The product offers customizable obstacle designs, to use our own catalog wording. For a multi-site program that means one brand idea can repeat across cities while each location keeps obstacles shaped to its own room and audience.

King's Ultimate Golf Hole

A branching layout offers several target holes, as the product page describes. One unit can give a compact site the variety that a wide room gets from separate holes, which keeps the per-hole line-up flexible when two sites do not share the same square metres.

6. A planning example with the assumptions on the table

Our miniature golf solution page carries a working example worth restating because it shows the arithmetic a multi-site buyer actually repeats. The example assumes a $12 ticket, 120 players per day and 26 trading days per month:

Input Value Note
Ticket price $12 per player Example assumption, in US dollars
Daily players 120 per day Example assumption on the solution page
Trading days 26 days per month Example assumption
Monthly ticket revenue $37,440 $12 × 120 × 26, example arithmetic only

The same page models capacity at a 35% utilisation figure of roughly 216 players per hour, which scales to about $235,872 per month under those assumptions again. Treat both figures as a demonstration of how the model works, not as a revenue offer. Each city site should get its own arithmetic with local ticket pricing, local traffic and your actual seasonality; the same course will not attract the same demand on two different high streets. When you are ready to compare offers, the questions in our commercial mini golf buyer checklist apply to us the same way they apply to anyone quoting your project.

7. Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

Can you build the same course for two locations?

Yes. The standard hole line-up can repeat across sites, and customization comes in where a room or audience differs — for instance a customized obstacle variant in one city and a stock program in another. Each site gets a layout of its own, so "same course" means the same hole specification and play logic, approved site by site.

How much space do I need per hole and per 18 holes?

A hole occupies 12–48 m² depending on its difficulty band, and our three course tiers run 300–500 m², 500–800 m² and 800–1,500 m² for 18 holes. Keep queue space and staff circulation in the calculation; the space guide linked above walks through it.

Do you deliver and install outside China?

We ship worldwide under our published statements, with partners in more than 100 countries. Since 2020 we have also worked with distributors in Hamburg and across the Middle East, so European and Gulf enquiries can work with local contacts. CE certification covers the hardware we ship into regulated markets.

What warranty comes with the system?

Our current service statement is straightforward: software service lasts for the life of the system, hardware spare parts carry one year of coverage, and each machine is tested for 48 hours before shipping. Longer project-specific arrangements are written into the order, not promised on this page.

Can the game content change without rebuilding the holes?

The game modes — Relay Race, Competition, Achievement and Holiday Eggs — run as software on the same 18 holes, so formats can change without construction work. Physical re-theming and obstacle changes are quoted per order rather than included by default.
