VENUE INVESTMENT

Why karting makes business sense

High yield per square metre, repeat attendance, multi-audience revenue - all from one venue.

Three generations, one venue

Separate karts and sessions for kids, teens and adults. One venue captures three distinct customer segments at once.

Built-in repeat engine

Timing systems, leaderboards and membership tiers turn casual visitors into weekly regulars.

Highest revenue per sqm

Karting generates more gross revenue per square metre than bowling alleys, cinemas or typical FEC attractions.

Indoor or outdoor, we deliver

Electric karts for indoor, petrol for outdoor. Your venue runs year-round whatever the weather.

Built-in social sharing

Every session generates shareable photos, lap times and podium screens - organic promotion from your own guests.

Multi-stream revenue

Ticket sales, memberships, corporate events, F&B, merchandise, birthday parties - all from one operation.

Before you sign - 3 things to confirm

A quick checklist to avoid surprises at delivery. Share these with your sales representative.

1
Confirm spec consistency

CFE and CFG series specs (weight, height, speed) should match the factory latest version. Cross-check the brochure against the quote sheet before signing.

2
Check excluded costs

Freight, taxes, VAT invoices (3% general or 13% special), and travel lodging for on-site trainer and designer are not included in the quote. Clarify the scope upfront.

3
Verify add-on terms

Over-standard karts and the start-stop module (electric only) are priced per unit. Quantity and total must be explicitly stated in the contract.

Bowling equipment lead time runs on two separate clocks: the equipment clock from deposit to handover, and the building clock from permit to fit-out. This page walks every segment of the equipment side - production, quality checks, packing, ocean transit, customs, installation, commissioning and handover - with third-party figures marked as reported by and our own anchors marked as first-party. Where no reliable public data exists, the page says so instead of inventing a standard.
