Physical mechanisms and light interaction

Moving parts and lights

The mechanisms really move and the lights really turn on. You have to think about where to hit so the ball gets past the obstacles and into the cup.

01

Mechanism types

Motorized turntables, pop-up pushers, tilted boards: real moving machines that change the ball's path.

02

Light interaction

Light strips light up and sound plays as the ball passes. Different speeds give different sounds, which makes it feel better to play.

03

Unlock hole by hole

Fixed obstacles plus random small challenges. Play one hole after another, and it gets more interesting as you go.

Difficulty levels

From beginners to pros

Standard 18 holes, arranged as first 6 (beginner) + middle 6 (intermediate) + last 6 (advanced). Number of holes can be increased or reduced to fit the space.

01
BEGINNER

First 6 holes

Fixed obstacles and good-looking lights. Beginners warm up here — e.g. Golf Target Shooting Hole and Lucky Disc Golf Hole.

02
INTERMEDIATE

Middle 6 holes

Basic mechanisms added and some thinking required — e.g. Beer Pong Golf Hole and Billiard Golf Hole.

03
ADVANCED

Last 6 holes

Complex mechanisms with random elements — e.g. King's Ultimate Golf Hole, Labyrinth Golf Hole and Balance Challenge Golf Hole — enough to keep experienced players busy.

Space planning

Hole size and venue planning

Each hole is 12 to 48 m². Higher difficulty takes more space. If the venue is small, start with a few beginner holes.

12-25m²
Beginner

3m×4m to 5m×5m, fixed obstacles and lights

20-36m²
Intermediate

4m×5m to 6m×6m, with basic mechanisms

30-48m²
Advanced

5m×6m to 8m×6m, complex mechanisms with random

Circular path + zones

The three themes are played in sequence, separated by arches and light walls so people do not crowd. Put a small bar, photo spot and rest area between themes so players stay longer.

Planning tips
  • Decide total usable area first, then work back to hole count
  • Beginner holes can be compressed; advanced holes need room
  • Leave space for queues and photo spots

Social play
Social play

Play alone, or compete with friends

Turn a casual round into a reason to stay longer. Infinity Mini-Golf is built for on-site social play — relay races, head-to-head competition, achievement hunts and seasonal surprises that keep guests coming back.

Relay Race

Teams of 2-4, each person plays one hole. The team with the fewest total strokes wins.

Competition

Two adjacent holes make symmetric tracks. Two teams start at the same time and race on speed and accuracy.

Achievement

Each hole hides a challenge. Pass it to get themed merch. Finish all 18 holes for a title and free return visit. A reason to come back.

Holiday Eggs

Ghost holes for Halloween, sled holes for Christmas. Seasonal and limited, makes people want to come play.

Venue Types

Where Can Indoor Mini Golf Work?

An indoor mini golf course fits more venues than most operators expect. As long as the usable floor area supports safe player circulation, a commercial indoor mini golf course can work in shopping malls, indoor entertainment venues, family activity centres, indoor recreation centres, entertainment complexes and tourist attractions.

Shopping Malls

Bring a compact 9–12 hole course into an unused mall zone, with short rounds that fit natural footfall and family traffic.

Indoor Entertainment Venues

Add an indoor mini golf course alongside existing attractions to extend visit time and give groups one more reason to stay.

Family Activity Venues

Interactive, all-age gameplay with beginner-friendly holes and clear scoring that works for younger players and parents.

Indoor Recreation Centres

Fit a full 18-hole indoor mini golf course into an open floor plan, using themed zones to divide the space.

Entertainment Complexes

Combine mini golf with F&B, arcade or other attractions as a destination-style indoor mini golf venue.

Tourist Attractions

Themed indoor mini golf works as an all-weather attraction for high-footfall destinations and seasonal peaks.

FAQ

Indoor Mini Golf Course FAQ

Common questions about indoor mini golf course size, layout design, hole count, equipment and installation.

What size do I need for an indoor mini golf course?

Most commercial indoor mini golf courses run from 300 m² for a compact venue to 800–1,500+ m² for a full themed course. The right size depends on your hole count, player traffic and available floor area — we size the layout around your actual footprint.

How much space does one mini golf hole need?

Each interactive golf hole typically needs 12–48 m² including player standing area and safe traffic flow. A standard 18-hole indoor mini golf course therefore usually starts around 500 m².

Can you design a custom mini golf course layout?

Yes. Custom mini golf course design is included: send us your floor plan or dimensions and we produce CAD drawings, a 3D model and a rendered preview of the space before anything is built. Layouts are planned around your floor area, player flow, hole count and theme.

Can I choose different mini golf hole themes?

Yes. Our 18 interactive golf holes can be combined into three themed worlds — Retro Game Carnival, Neon Cyber Universe and Physical Mechanism Challenge — or mixed into a custom theme that matches your venue's identity.

How many holes can fit in my venue?

Hole count is calculated from your usable floor area, hole spacing and circulation. Compact venues commonly run 9–12 holes, while 500 m² and above supports a full 18-hole indoor mini golf course. We confirm the number during the free layout design.

Do you provide mini golf equipment and installation?

Yes. We supply the complete golf hole equipment — interactive obstacles, smart scoring cups, custom clubs, displays and themed structures — and handle on-site installation and commissioning, followed by spare parts and maintenance support.

Can you create a 3D design before production?

Yes. We build a 3D model of your course in your chosen themes, then produce photorealistic renders so you can review the layout and pitch the project to stakeholders before manufacturing starts.

What types of venue can an indoor mini golf course work in?

Any indoor venue with usable open floor area and steady footfall: shopping malls, indoor entertainment venues, family activity centres, indoor recreation centres, entertainment complexes and tourist attractions. We assess floor area, circulation and traffic flow before recommending a hole count.
