Project Story

From a Large Floor Area to a Destination with Different Ways to Play

INFINI Sports Park 3 addresses a familiar question in large projects: how to organize many activities while keeping the visitor experience clear.

The proposal brings together eight zones with different roles. Some invite guests to plan a group session; others let them discover a game along the way. Reception and rest areas help connect these experiences.

The value of this case lies in the relationship between activities. The layout should let a family or group choose different plans while retaining clear points for finding their way and meeting again.

01

Plan the Whole Venue

Choose attractions, define routes and reserve space for operations from the start of the project.

Challenge & Solution

The Challenge

Combine activities with different space requirements, usage times and visitor profiles in a layout that is easy to navigate.

  • Coordinate larger zones with games that need less floor space.
  • Accommodate players, accompanying visitors and waiting groups.
  • Integrate access, supervision and maintenance requirements.

The Planning Solution

Organize the venue into recognizable zones and develop equipment selection alongside visitor routes.

  • Define each area's role within the visit.
  • Connect activities through clear circulation routes.
  • Include reception, rest areas and services in the overall proposal.

Attraction Experience

Eight zones shape an offer combining movement, immersion, skill and shared moments. The following images come from the reference project.

Zone 01

Family Action Park

The family area brings together go-karting, inflatables, trampolines and a multi-level children's play structure. This combination supports a visit in which children, teenagers and accompanying adults find different ways to take part.

The layout needs to coordinate access to each activity, waiting points and supervision positions. Each experience can then retain its own space within a connected family zone.

Zone 02

Bowling Entertainment Zone

Bowling offers a social activity with a different pace from physical challenges. Lane-side seating lets players and accompanying guests share the experience, even when not everyone plays at the same time.

Layout development considers lane dimensions, approach space, ball returns and access to rest areas. The format also allows planning for family bookings, celebrations and team outings.

VR Arena & Immersive Experiences

The proposal includes a free-roam VR arena alongside seated and motion-based experiences. This variety allows shared missions and individual adventures within a common immersive identity.

The chosen system determines content, participant numbers and session duration. Planning reserves space for briefings, equipment preparation and player changeovers.

Zone 04

Adventure, Climbing & Balance Zone

Adventure courses and climbing elements add physical challenges that make use of the building's height. They offer an experience beyond screen-based games and can be included in visits for teenagers and groups.

The final configuration needs to consider clear height, access, course progression and supervision. Element selection develops alongside the installation's technical and operational requirements.

Sports Simulators & Skill Games

The sports zone combines simulation and precision games, with options such as golf, baseball, archery and darts. These formats broaden the offer for visitors who enjoy practicing skills or comparing results with friends.

Each system needs adequate playing space and clear separation from circulation routes. The layout can include space for accompanying guests and meeting points between games.

Zone 06

Laser & Interactive Challenge Zone

The challenge rooms include target games, laser courses and interactive trials. Their formats allow short activities between sessions at other attractions and give groups new ways to compete.

The design considers entrances, instructions and waiting space outside each room. Content, scoring and play times are defined by the selected equipment.

Reception, Rest Areas & Visitor Services

The entrance, lockers and rest areas form part of the complete experience. They help groups prepare to play, store belongings and find a place to meet between activities.

Clear reception arrangements and consistent signage help visitors understand the offer from arrival. Seating and services are adapted to the service model and the needs of accompanying guests.

Zone 08

Arcade Zone

Arcade machines add a spontaneous play option that complements session-based or bookable activities. They offer an alternative for guests waiting for their group or wishing to finish the visit with one more game.

The selection is tailored to the audience and budget. Equipment placement considers player positions, maintenance access and visitor movement between zones.

Business Value

A multi-activity offer allows different visit formats to be explored. The commercial proposal should develop alongside capacity, session duration and the resources needed to operate each zone.

01

Serve Different Interests

The variety of experiences supports options for families, friends and teams seeking different activities during the same outing.

02

Combine Different Visit Rhythms

Short games can complement bowling, VR or adventure sessions when bookings and waiting times are coordinated.

03

Develop Group Packages

The zone mix provides a basis for exploring celebrations, organized visits and team activities according to the audience and operating model.

Why Choose a Multi-Activity Concept?

One Venue, Multiple Experiences

The value of the whole emerges when activities complement one another and visitors understand how to enjoy them. Product selection, access and meeting points should follow a shared idea of the experience.

Family Experiences

Play options and space for accompanying guests within a shared visit.

Friendly Competition

Skill-based formats and challenges to enjoy with friends or teams.

Time to Meet

Rest areas and services that connect the different activities.

Adaptable Design

A mix reviewed against floor area, height, budget and audience.
